WLD BEST currently ships to selected destinations in Asia-Pacific, North America, the Middle East and Europe. Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on the delivery country.

Shipping rates

• Asia-Pacific: $10 — Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore and South Korea.
• North America & Middle East: $15 — Canada, United States, Israel and United Arab Emirates.
• Europe: $20 — Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

The applicable shipping rate is calculated automatically from the delivery address during checkout. Customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.

Order processing

After payment is confirmed, we prepare the order for dispatch and send available tracking details to the email address used at checkout.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the package and product. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-care products cannot normally be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect.
